Your brain sees the world upside down.  Your rods and cones of your retina send an image to the brain—the image that gets transmitted to the brain is upside down. Your brain automatically rotates the image in its visual cortex. You learn to do this when you are a baby. It’s so automatic, you don’t know you’re doing it.
